DESCRIPTION

BPC-157 ARGINATE FORM

BPC 157 arginate form is also more stable in varied temperature environments and can resist the effects of UV light.

By inducing angiogenic growth factor healing, BPC-157 has a broad range of healing properties. Research has shown that BPC-157 increases blood vessel growth in all areas of the body. A study of chicken embryos demonstrated that BPC-157 increases vascular growth through the activation of cell surface receptors in the Nitrous Oxide pathway, growing new vessels.

A study demonstrated that BPC-157 is a powerful antioxidant by reducing free radical formation via the Nitric Oxide system and significantly decreasing oxidative stress. BPC-157 has been shown to rapidly accelerate skin healing, re-epithelialization, collagen deposition and blood vessel growth and hair follicle stimulation.

GHK-Cu

GH K copper is a naturally occurring copper complex. It elevates the production of vascular endothelial growth factor, which promotes growth and blood vessels by improving the vascularity of your blood supply to the hair follicle. It also helps with wound healing and is anti inflammatory, increases collagen production, blood vessel growth and hair follicle stimulation.

PTD-DBM

PTD-DBM which is short for Protein transduction domain (PTD)-Dvl-binding motif (DBM). In simple terms, it is a follicle regeneration treatment. More specifically, it is a peptide-based topical scalp treatment which inhibits the follicle shrinking action of the body’s hormones and enzymes effectively rescuing the follicle at a stem cell level. Treatment with PTD-DBM both prevents hair loss and promotes the growth of new hair follicles. Professor Choi Kang-yeol of Yonsei University in South Korea and a team of researchers discovered a protein responsible for hair loss in the condition known as androgenetic alopecia. This protein controls hair growth and the researcher developed a new substance that promotes hair regeneration by controlling the function of the protein. The responsible protein is called CXXC-type zinc finger protein 5 (CXXC5), which acts as a negative regulator on the Wnt/β-catenin pathway, which is linked to hair regeneration and wound healing. When CXXC5 binds with a protein called the Dishevelled protein, it prevents follicle development and hair regrowth. This led to the development of a new biochemical substance, called PTD-DBM, which interferes with this binding process. In the next set of experiments, the authors evaluated hair regrowth in CXXC5-deficient mice and found that loss of CXXC5 supported the transition from telogen to anagen with increased levels of β-catenin, alkaline phosphatase, and proliferating cell nuclear antigen, again consistent with a WNT-inhibitory function of CXXC5.

THYMOSIN B4 FRAGMENT

Thymosin β4  is a potent mediator of cell migration and differentiation. It is present in wound fluid, and when added topically or given systemically, it promotes angiogenesis and wound healing

Thymosin β4 promotes hair clonogenic keratinocyte cell migration, as well as secretion of the extracellular matrix‐degrading enzyme matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP‐2). Thymosin β4 accelerates hair growth, in part, due to its effect on critical events in the active phase of the hair follicle cycle, including promoting the migration of stem cells and their immediate progeny to the base of the follicle, differentiation, and extracellular matrix remodeling.

Thus, taken together, results suggest that in addition to its known angiogenic and wound healing effects, thymosin β4 is a naturally occurring modulator of hair growth that acts by stimulation of stem cell migration, protease production, and differentiation.

ZINC THYMULIN

Most hair loss involves inactivation of hair follicles, that is, hair follicles cease to grow hair. Literature also suggests that the thinning of the fat scalp layer due to age can contribute to hair loss through inactivation of the stem cells which regulate hair growth. A deficiency of Zinc will also lead to hair loss. Zinc and thymulin are two natural compounds involved in hair follicle growth and have been studied and found to promote hair growth.

Early reports of thymus extract stimulating hair growth was in 1986 and 2000. Conclusive work for thymulin’s activity on the hair follicle was recently published by Meier et al.  where this in vitro study investigated several thymic peptides and showed thymulin could extend anagen.

Eighteen consecutive adult subjects were recruited, 17  males and 1 female, age range 35-90 years with a diagnosis of AGA, Norwood classification 2-7, and hair loss duration range of 3-40 years. The trial duration for each subject ranged from 4-10 months. The test compound Zinc-Thymulin was administered in water based topical spray  to the scalp.

HGI assessment showed a significant increase in the number of newly observed intermediate hairs in previous “absent hair” regions with an average increase of vellus type (32%) and intermediate type (23%) hairs at 6 months.

Benefits of Zinc-Thymulin:

• Can improve hair growth

• Can improve quantity of hair

• Can prevent hair loss

• Can improve endogenous hair pigmentation

• A variety of alopecia states can be treated

• Both women and men can be treated
